This will enable us to challenge old unhealthy eating patterns and replace this with a new more healthy approach to your diet, exercising and overall health and well being.


This is not a quick fix weight loss diet plan. Using hypnosis for permanent weight loss is about working with your subconscious mind to help you to adopt a healthier approach to the food that you eat and what you drink for the rest of your life. If you are an emotional eater we will look at those areas of your life that cause you emotional stress and use hypnosis to help deal with these issues.


Unlike diet plans hypnotherapy works with you as a whole person and works to deal with issues related to old unhealthy eating patterns. As we continue to work together we will discuss ways in which you can take a healthier approach to the food and drink that you consume and work to eradicate unhealthy attitudes and eating patterns from the past, thus helping you to reach and sustain your ideal weight.
